Authorities accused a man from Massachusetts called Richard Piquard because of burying his Shih Tzu alive!
The man said that he buried the dog as he couldn’t find a new home for it, as it was not getting along with his cat. On Tuesday, Uxbridge District Court called the 24-year-old man because of animal brutality, and he was freed after posting a $1,000 bond. On Sunday, Chico, the dog, was found alive in a shoaly grave, but they had to euthanize it because of its injuries.
Piquard has been released, but he must come back on 26th of October to the court. He may stay at prison for 7 years, or just 2½ years in a house of correction. Watch the video above to have more information.
