This puppy, who was not capable to fend himself, was abandoned by his owner, who does not realize the real meaning of having a dog.

Petey, the pup, abandoned in with one his brother in the middle of the park as they were not like the other puppies! Thankfully, they were found by a kind woman, who took them to a veterinarian for medical help. The both dogs were exhausted, malnourished, and had critically low body temperatures, and Petey was not moving normally.

Petey was diagnosed with cerebellar hypoplasia, which causes him to constantly bobs his head and to be unable to walk in a proper way. Thankfully, by time, Petey was able to run by himself and was also adopted by a kind couple. Watch the video above to have more information.
