150 Neglected Horses Saved By The Humane Society From Property, Recovering, And Will Be Ready For Adoption Soon!
The Safe Haven Equine Rescue and Camp County sheriff officials worked together alongside Humane Society’s rescue team of the United States to raid a property and rescue more than 150 donkeys and horses in Texas!
The conditions of the animals were so bad, as they were severely underweight with cracked hooves and skin infections! Some of them were blind, or at least had eye infections! They used to eat tree bark to stay alive!
Thankfully, they were all taken to Homes For Horses Coalition’s organization to receive the care and the treatment they need, and they will be placed in permanent sanctuary, or be put for adoption. Watch the video above to have more information.
